Indusind Bank Ltd allots 217883 Equity Shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 2,17,883 (Two Lakhs Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Three) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on February 18, 2016 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
