Capital First Ltd announces allotment of NCDs worth Rs. 300 crores

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd vide Resolution passed by Circulation today i.e. January 05, 2016, approved the allotment of Listed, Rated, Redeemable, Transferable, Secured, Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs").

The Company has raised Rs. 300, 00, 00,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred Crores) by issue of NCD's on private placement basis.

The Debenture Committee vide Resolution passed by Circulation today i.e. January 05, 2016 has approved allotment of 3000 NCDs having the Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs Only) each.

The said NCDs shall be listed on National Stock Exchange of India Limited - Wholesale Debt Segment.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.426.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 416.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 39249 in over 1566 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 431.75 and intraday low of 416.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16635141.
