Mahindra CIE Automotive Limited approves allotment of 34403 Equity Shares

The Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd vide its resolution passed on December 22, 2015 issued and allotted 34,403 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- pursuant to exercise of options by certain applicants under the Company's Employees' Stock Option Scheme.

Consequent to the allotment the paid up capital of the Company has been increased from Rs. 3,233,016,450/- to Rs. 3,233,360,480/-.

Shares of Mahindra CIE Automotive Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.252.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 256.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10516 in over 411 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 259.35 and intraday low of 252. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2678639.
