Wockhardt Ltd allots 8500 Equity Shares

The Share Allotment Committee of Wockhardt Ltd has allotted 8,500 equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- each on December 16, 2015, pursuant to exercise of employee stock options under Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2011 of the Company.

In view of the above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 552,502,015/- (110,500,403 equity share of Rs.5/- each) to Rs.552,544,515/- (110,508,903 equity shares of Rs.5/- each).

Shares of WOCKHARDT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1586.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1570.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 114719 in over 5423 trades.
