The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Future Retail Ltd by way of circular resolution have made allotment of 1,10,124 Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to eligible employee(s) upon exercise of stock option under Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS - 2012) on December 15, 2015.

Upon allotment, the equity capital of the Company stand increased from Rs. 855,392,004/- (Eighty Five Crores Fifty Three Lakh Ninty Two Thousand and Four Only) divided into 38,83,21,323 (Thirty Eight Crores Eighty Three Lakh Twenty One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Three) Equity shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each and 3,93,74,679 (Three Crores Ninety Three Lakhs Seventy Four Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Nine) Class B (Series 1) Shares of Rs 2/- (Rupees Two only) each, to Rs. 855,612,252/- (Rupees Eighty Five Crores Fifty Six Lakh Twelve Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Two only) divided into 388,431,447 (Thirty Eight Crores Eighty Four Lakh Thirty One Thousand Four Hundred Forty Seven Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each and 3,93,74,679 (Three Crore Ninety Three Lakh Seventy Four Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Nine) Class B (Series 1) Shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each.
