Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd approves allotment of 73916 shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd vide its circular resolution dated December 15, 2015, has approved the allotment of 73,916 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to eligible employee(s) under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013 (ESOS - 2013) of the Company.

Post allotment, the Equity Paid-up Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 37,90,36,934/- divided into 18,95,18,467 (Eighteen Crore Ninety Five Lac Eighteen Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty Seven) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each to Rs. 37,91,84,766/- divided into 18,95,92,383 (Eighteen Crore Ninety Five Lac Ninety Two Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty Three) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each.

The Board also approved the cancellation of 4,646 unvested Stock Options granted to an employee who is no longer associated with the Company.

Shares of Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.78.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 79.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1028 in over 21 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 79.4 and intraday low of 77.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 80739.
