Ashoka Buildcon Ltd approves allotment of 57011 Shares under ESOP Scheme

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Ashoka Buildcon Ltd has allotted 57,011 equity shares to eligible employees as per ESOP Scheme 2007 on December 14, 2015.

The share capital of the company stands increased to Rs. 935,744,055 divided into 187,148,811 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each fully paid.
