Denis Chem Lab Ltd allots 27 lakh warrants

The Board of Directors of Denis Chem Lab Ltd at its meeting held on December 12, 2015 have allotted 27,00,000 Equity Warrants of Rs. 10/- each @ premium of Rs. 50/- per Equity Warrant aggregating to Rs. 60/- per Equity Warrant to Non promoters on preferential basis which is in accordance with the SEBI Regulations tor Preferential Issues.
