Denis Chem Lab Ltd calls for Board Meeting on Dec 12, 2015

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Denis Chem Lab Ltd will be held on December 12, 2015 for Allotment of 27,00,000 Equity Warrants of Rs. 10/- each at premium of Rs. 50/- in accordance with the SEBI Regulations for Preferential issue to Non - Promoters on Preferential basis, subject to approval of members in the Extra ordinary General meeting to be held on December 12, 2015 at 11.00 a.m.

Further, pursuant to Code of Prevention for Insider Trading of the Company and applicable SEBI Regulations, the Company has informed all the designated employees and Directors that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from December 08, 2015 to December 13, 2015 (both days inclusive).
