Mphasis Ltd announces exercise of 1000 Employee Stock Options

Mphasis Ltd has announced the exercise of 1000 Employee Stock Option (ESOP) which has been approved vide exercise register dated November 26, 2015.

The terms and time period of exercise of the ESOP is as per the relevant ESOP Scheme.

Shares of MPHASIS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.499.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 503.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8301 in over 430 trades.
