NIIT Ltd approves allotment of 116330 shares under the ESOP Scheme

The Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of NIIT Ltd has allotted 1,16,330 (One lac Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to the employees of the Company in accordance with the terms of ESOP-2005.

Shares of NIIT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.91.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 92.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 284621 in over 2406 trades.
