The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd at its meeting held November 19, 2015, has approved a issue of Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Subordinated securities in the nature of Debentures (TIER II Instruments) of INR 25,00,00,000/- (INR Twenty Five Crores) on private placement basis.
