Praj Industries Ltd grants 60000 options

Pursuant to the circular resolution passed by the Compensation and Share Allotment Committee of Praj Industries Ltd on November 17, 2015, the Company has granted 60,000 Options under Praj ESOP 2011 Grant V to its eligible employee at the rate of Rs. 85.37 per option.
