Yash Papers Ltd approves issue of warrants

The Board of Directors of Yash Papers Ltd at its meeting held on November 14, 2015, has approved the proposal of Mr. Ved Krishna, Managing Director & Promoter of the Company for allotment of 75,40,000 warrants on preferential basis at a price of Rs.15 per warrants or at such price (including premium) being not less than the price determined in accordance with Chapter VII of SEBI ICDR Regulations, on a preferential basis.

The Extra-ordinary general meeting of the Company will be held on December 18, 2015 at 10:00 AM at its Corporate Office of the Company i.e. Yash Nagar, Faizabad - 224135, Uttar Pradesh.

Shares of YASH PAPERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.14.98 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 14.39. The total number of shares traded during the day was 100147 in over 209 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 15.5 and intraday low of 14. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1499203.
