TVS Electronics Ltd Grants stock options under ESOP Scheme 2011

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of TVS Electronics Ltd, in accordance with the terms of the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2011 (ESOP Scheme 2011) have granted 3,00,000 stock options convertible into equal number of Equity Shares of the face value of Rs.10/- each to an employee of the Company, subject to the criteria to be determined by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company.
