Jai Balaji Industries Ltd allots 8739685 debentures

The Board of Directors of Jai Balaji Industries Ltd at its meeting held on November 14, 2015, have allotted 87,39,685 (Eighty Seven Lakhs Thirty Nine Thousand Six Hundred and Eighty Five only) Zero Coupon, Unsecured, Unlisted, Non - Convertible Debentures (herein referred to as 'Debentures') at a face value of Rs. 100/- per debenture to Hari Management Limited, Promoter shareholder of the Company pursuant to the approval of the Members granted at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 21, 2015 to convert the loan received from Hari Management Limited.
