The Board of Directors of Bodhtree Consulting Ltd at its meeting held on October 27, 2015 allotted 0.001% Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at a premium of Rs. 22/- (Rupees Twenty Two Only) to specified allottees as mentioned below pursuant to approval of Members at the 33rd AGM conducted on September 30, 2015.
