Ion Exchange India Ltd allots 25000 Equity Shares under Employees' Stock Option Scheme - ESOP 2001 & ESOP 2003

At the Employees' Stock Option Compensation Committee Meeting held on October 30, 2015, the Committee of Ion Exchange India Ltd allotted 25,000 (Twenty Five Thousand) Equity Shares to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
