Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd. plans for sponsored ADR program

The Board of Directors of Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd at its meeting held on October 16, 2015, have subject to receipt of approvals/clarifications of the Securities and Exchange Board of India, Reserve Bank of India and other appropriate approvals, if any, accorded its 'in-principle' approval for establishment of 'Sponsored Level I ADR Program' in accordance with the provisions of Depository Receipts Scheme, 2014.
