Palred Technologies Ltd approves preferential issue, investment

The Board of Directors of Palred Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on October 15, 2015, has considered and approved the issue and allotment of Equity shares on preferential basis.

The Board also approved investment in Subsidiary Companies.

The Board approved proposal for convening Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on November 13, 2015 and approved the appointment of Ms. N. Archana Sastry as Company Secretary of the Company.
