The Allotment Committee Meeting of the Board of Directors of Orient Green Power Company Ltd held on September 23, 2015 has approved the Preferential allotment of 2,74,72,527 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 4.56 per equity share to SEBI registered Portfolio Manager viz. M/s. Forefront Capital Management Private Limited which a 100% subsidiary of Edelweiss Financial Services Limited, which is a public listed Company.
