Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd allots 24840 Equity Shares pursuant on exercise of stock options under various ESOP Schemes

On September 22, 2015, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd has issued and allotted 24,840 (Twenty Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty only) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each being issued to the eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 83,84,69,864/- divided into 41,92,34,932 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
