HDFC Bank Ltd allots 1138600 equity shares under ESOP

On September 22, 2015 HDFC Bank Ltd has allotted 1138600 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5034109234 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 5036386434 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1027.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1052.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 86567 in over 3098 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1059 and intraday low of 1022.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 90446383.
