Fortis Healthcare Ltd allots 56000 Equity Shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Fortis Healthcare Ltd has approved allotment of 56000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, to the grantees, upon exercise of vested stock options.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 4,629,407,940/- divided into 462,940,794 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of FORTIS HEALTHCARE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.161.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 163.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 56221 in over 871 trades.
