Sat Industries Ltd to make preferential issue of 1.8 crore warrants

The Board of Directors of Sat Industries Ltd at its meeting held on August 20, 2015, has decided to increase authorized share capital of the Company from Rs. 10.00 crores to Rs. 15.00 crores and make preferential issue of 1,80,00,000 (one crore eighty lakhs only) Convertible Warrants at a price and terms and conditions in accordance with the SEBI Guidelines and subject to all approvals, consents and sanctions etc. to promoters and others.

Shares of SAT INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.6.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 6.79. The total number of shares traded during the day was 45269 in over 37 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 6.9 and intraday low of 6.46. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 294451.
