Matru Smriti Traders Ltd allots 12 lakh shares to Abhishek Bansal

The Board of Directors of Matru Smriti Traders Ltd at its meeting held on August 20, 2015, has considered the allotment of 12,00,000 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs.100 on preferential basis.

The allotee was Abhishek Bansal and 12,00,000 equity shares were allotted against the total money of Rs. 13,20,00,000.

The Board decided to form a Business Development Committee in order to take routine decisions relating to day to day matters and smooth functioning of the Company.
