Shree Rama Newsprint Ltd allots ZCBs to Oriental Bank of Commerce

The Board of Directors of Shree Rama Newsprint Ltd at its meeting held on August 10, 2015, has approved the allotment of 1,87,400 Zero Coupon Bonds ("ZCBs") at a price of Rs. 1000/- per debenture to Oriental Bank of Commerce on private placement basis.
