ICICI Bank Ltd's US$ 500 million international bond offering

ICICI Bank (NYSE: IBN), acting through its DIFC (Dubai) branch, priced an issuance of 5 year fixed rate notes of an aggregate principal amount of US$ 500 million. The notes were offered only outside the United States to non-US persons under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The notes carry a coupon of 3.125% and were offered at an issue price of 99.574.

Shares of ICICI BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.310.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 311.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 351235 in over 4233 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 312.6 and intraday low of 308.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 109180754.
