Capital First Ltd issues Non-Convertible Debentures worth Rs. 350 crores

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd at its meeting held on July 30, 2015, has approved a issue of Listed, Rated, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") for an aggregate amount of Rs. 350 Crore (Rupees Three Hundred Fifty Crore only) on private placement basis.
