Geometric Ltd cancels 111360 Stock Options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Geometric Ltd at its meeting held on July 27, 2015 noted cancellation of 111,360 stock options under ESOP Scheme 2013-Employees, respectively, due to resignation of employees during the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
