IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd allots 8 lakh shares

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd in its meeting held on June 29, 2015 has allotted 8,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to M/s. Innova Marchantiles Limited, Non-Promoter on the exercise of option attached with the warrants allotted on 04 July 2014 and the said shares shall be remain locked in for a period of one year from the date of trading approval.

Consequent upon the issue of the above 8,00,000 equity shares, the total paid-up capital of the company stands increased to 4,99,55,502 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of IOL CHEMICALS & PHARMACEUTICALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.71.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 72.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 46960 in over 300 trades.
