Kohinoor Broadcasting Closes GDR issue

Kohinoor Broadcasting Corporation Ltd has announced that the Company has received intimation from Deutsche Bank Luxembourg SA, its listing agent, that the Luxembourg Stock Exchange has no further comments on the offering circular. Therefore Company proposes to close the GDR issue on July 20, 2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.7.99, up by Rs.1.25 or 18.55%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.8.08 and low of Rs.6.85. The total traded quantity was 97314 compared to 2 week average of 22222.
