NTPC Board Meeting Rescheduled on Jul 30, 2007 for results

National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd (NTPC) has announced that due to some administrative reasons a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on July 28, 2007 shall now be held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, to approve and take on record un-audited financial results of the Company for quarter ending June 30, 2007 after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board.
