Her elevation marks a significant milestone in a decade-long journey with the Group, during which she has played a pivotal role in strengthening HR frameworks and embedding people practices aligned to business growth.
Most recently, as Senior Vice President & Head - Human Resources at SOTC Travel Ltd, Sheth was instrumental in aligning HR practices with business priorities-driving leadership development and building scalable talent capabilities.
With over two decades of experience, she brings deep expertise across talent management, organisational development and culture building, with a consistent focus on creating agile, high-performance teams to support evolving business needs. Deepti is the recipient of several industry recognitions, including HR Icon at the World HRD Congress 2026, CHRO of the Year 2025 and the T.A. Pai Young HR Leader Award 2023. Additionally, Thomas Cook was awarded the Best Organisation for Women by ET Edge, further underscoring the company's commitment to fostering an inclusive and empowering workplace.
