TCS FY26 Results: Annual Profit Reaches ₹49,454 Crore

Net Profit (PAT): The consolidated net profit for FY26 stood at ₹49,454 crore, compared to ₹48,797 crore in the previous fiscal.

Earnings Per Share (EPS): The basic and diluted EPS for the year improved to ₹136.01 from ₹134.19.

Operating Margins: Profit before tax (PBT) reached ₹65,487 crore, reflecting the company's focus on operational discipline despite rising employee costs.

Quarterly Momentum (Q4 FY26 Highlights)

The final quarter of the fiscal year showed strong sequential and year-on-year momentum:

Revenue from Operations: Q4 revenue stood at ₹70,698 crore, a 9.6% increase compared to ₹64,479 crore in Q4 FY25.

Net Profit: Profit for the quarter was ₹13,784 crore, marking a 12.1% growth over the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Employee Costs: Reflecting the industry-wide trend of talent retention, employee benefit expenses for the quarter rose to ₹40,143 crore.

Final Dividend: The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹31.00 per share.

Total Dividend for FY26: Including previous interim payments, the total dividend for the year stands at ₹110.00 per equity share (11,000%).
