Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Ltd allots 10720 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme

Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Ltd has made allotment of 10,720 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each of the Company on exercise of Options granted under TBZ ESOP, 2011' to the eligible Employees in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees Stock Option Scheme and Employees Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999.

Out of total 23,007 vested options, employees have exercised 10,720 options and the Company has allotted the same. The balance of 12,287 options which were vested and not exercised by the employee has been cancelled.
