Ajanta Pharma Ltd allots 57750 shares

The Compensation Committee of Directors of Ajanta Pharma Ltd at its meeting held on May 08, 2015, has allotted 57,750 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. These shares have been allotted upon exercise of options granted to the employees under Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2011 of the Company.

In view of the above, the paid up capital of the Company stand increased to Rs. 17,60,02,500 consisting 8,80,01,250 equity shares of Ps. 2/- each.

The Company will be making application for Listing of these shares in due course.

Shares of AJANTA PHARMA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1232.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1274.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26564 in over 1661 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1290 and intraday low of 1210.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 33086031.
