Future Retail Ltd issues NCDs worth Rs. 35 crores

The Committee of Directors of Future Retail Ltd has at their meeting held on April 30, 2015, considered, approved & allotted of 350, 10.25% Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") of Rs. 10 lakh each, aggregating to Rs. 35.00 crore, on private placement basis.

The said NCDs shall be listed on Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited.

These NCDs have been rated CARE AA- (Double A minus) by Credit Analysis & Research Limited (CARE).

Shares of FUTURE RETAIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.115.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 111.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 122987 in over 4666 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 116.95 and intraday low of 111.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14153323.
