Modern Steels Board to consider Bonus Issue & Dividend

Modern Steels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 24, 2007, to transact the following:

1. Take on record the Un-audited (Reviewed) Quarterly results of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. To consider and approve the Audited Balance Sheet & Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 and Profit and Loss Account for the period ended on that date.

3. To consider declaration of Dividend on Equity Shares.

4. To consider declaration of Bonus Shares to the Equity Share Holders.
