Ashiana Housing Ltd - Operations Update for Q4-FY'26 & FY'26

Ashiana Housing Ltd has announced the performance of the company for the quarter ended 31st March 2026 and Financial Year 2025-26.

1. The sales value of the area booked at INR 2421.47 Crores (FY'26), highest ever annual sales by the company.

2. The sales value of the area booked in "Senior Living" stood at INR 570.15 Crores (FY'26), the highest ever recorded by the company (569 units, 7.37 lakh sq. ft.), vis-à-vis INR 382.90 Crores (FY'25) with 430 units and 5.41 lakh sq. ft.

3. 665 units were booked in Q4 FY '26 vis-à-vis 357 units booked in Q3 FY '26 and 597 units booked in Q4 FY '25.

4. 849 units were launched in Q4 FY '26 which included Ashiana Advik Phase-III (Bhiwadi), Ashiana Tarang Phase-VII (Bhiwadi), Ashiana Aaroham Phase-I & Phase-II (Gurugram), Ashiana Malhar Phase-IV (Pune), Ashiana Amodh Phase-III (Pune), and Ashiana Swarang Phase-III (Chennai), of which 394 units were sold (7.62 lakh sq. ft., value of area sold INR 1,018.70 crore).

5. Higher sales in Q4 FY 26 vis a vis Q3 FY 26 as well as Q4 FY 25, primarily attributable to launch of Aaroham Phase-I and Phase-II in Gurugram (5.44 lakh sq. ft. with a sale value of INR 832.50 Crores).

6. Further in Q4 FY' 26, handover commenced for Ashiana Shubham Phase-V (Chennai) and Ashiana Ekansh Phase -II (Jaipur).

Shares of Ashiana Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 308.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 304.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1259 in over 102 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 318.50 and intraday low of 302.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 389274.00.
