PVV Infra Ltd to finalize preferential issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of PVV Infra Ltd will be held on April 06, 2015, to consider and take on record, discuss/finalise the Preferential Issue of Equity Shares/ Convertible Warrants to Strategic Investors towards raising of additional capital by the Company pursuant to Section 62 of the Companies Act, 2013 and as per the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2009.

The Board will also consider the resignation of Mr. Ch. Bala Bhaskar Kumar from the office of Independent Director of the Company.
