The Committee of the Board of Directors of Digjam Ltd at their meeting held on March 27, 2015 have allotted 5,00,000 8% Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each for cash at par for an aggregate sum of Rs. 5 Crores.
