Vaibhav Global Ltd converts GDRs

Sonymike's Holdings Limited, a Promoter Group Company and GDR Holder, has converted 1,80,000 (One Lac Eighty Thousand) Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) into 18,00,000 (Eighteen Lacs) Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each of Vaibhav Global Ltd on March 17, 2015.

After conversion, the outstanding GDRs are 6,95,000 (Six Lacs Ninety Five Thousand) convertible into 69,50,000 (Sixty Nine Lacs Fifty Thousand) Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each.

Shares of Vaibhav Global Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.800.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 786.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7515 in over 618 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 802 and intraday low of 780.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5960624.
