Advanta Ltd to consider conversion of FCCBs

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Advanta Ltd will be held on March 26, 2015, to consider the conversion notice from the FCCB holders and allotment of equity shares.

The Board will also consider issue of Global Depositary Receipts.

In this connection, as per the Company's Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from March 23, 2015 to March 28, 2015 (both days inclusive).

Shares of Advanta Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.405 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 412.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13430 in over 493 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 427 and intraday low of 405. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5622025.
