Nimbus Foods Industries Ltd to consider fund raising on March 20, 2015

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Nimbus Foods Industries Ltd will be held on March 20, 2015, to consider the issue of Equity shares / Convertible warrants / Convertible debentures to promoters / corporate bodies / DIIs / FII and or to any other prospective investors as the Board may deem fit, pursuant to SEBI (Issue of Capital & Disclosures Requirement) Regulations, 2009.

The Board will also consider increase in Authorized Capital of the Company.
