DMC International enters into joint venture agreement with SADM Technology

DMC International Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into a Joint Venture agreement with SADM Technology Pvt Ltd, New Delhi for development of IT TOWER for IT and IT enabled service provider in an approximate area of 2 Lacs Sq. ft in Sector-34, Gurgaon, Haryana. The project is expected to be completed within a period of 2 years.

The stock was trading at Rs.84.50, up by Rs.5.55 or 7.03%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.85 and low of Rs.74. The total traded quantity was 25142 compared to 2 week average of 32895.
