Vintage Cards equity shareholders & unsecured creditors to approve Scheme of Arrangement

Vintage Cards & Creations Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order made by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, separate meeting of the Equity Shareholders & unsecured creditors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving with or without modification, the arrangement embodies in the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company (the "Applicant Company") and its Equity Shareholders and Unsecured Creditors.
