Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd has sold to IL & FS Financial Services Limited (IL& FS) 21,522,755 warrants of MCX Stock Exchange Limited (MCX SX) convertible into 21,522,755 equity shares of MCX SX at consideration of Rs. 2.50/- per warrant subject to applicable provision with respect to ownership of stock exchanges under Securities Contracts (Regulations) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2012.
