VA TECH Hydro GmbH exits Easun Reyrolle Ltd

Easun Reyrolle Ltd has announced that VA TECH Hydro GmbH commenced divesting their 23.54% Equity holding in the Company during October, 2006. They sold their entire shareholding during the week ended June 15, 2007, Mr. Martin Bell and Mr. Alexander John Ramsay who represented the foreign promoters on the Board have both tendered resignations as Director of the Company effective from July 03, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1109, down by Rs.51.65 or 4.45%. The total traded quantity was 13949 compared to 2 week average of 37070. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1176 and low of Rs.1109.
