High Court sanctions amalgamation of Shristi Infrastructure with Peerless Abasan

Peerless Abasan Finance Ltd has announced that the petition filed by Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd was heard and the Hon'ble Calcutta High Court has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd with the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, the above Scheme of Amalgamation had been sanctioned by the Hon'ble Delhi High Court in respect of Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd.

Certified Copy of the order of both the Hon'ble High Court is awaited.

The stock closed the day at Rs.61.40, up by Rs.2.90 or 4.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.61.40 and low of Rs.61.40. The total traded quantity was 26775 compared to 2 week average of 77542.
